Jordan founded the business STANLEY NEIL’S back in 2019, carefully creating the brand and ethos we know today.
His journey began over 16 years ago within the hair industry as a hairdresser and has adapted his skills through the years to bridge the gap from contemporary hairdressing into traditional barbering.
Jordan is highly skilled in all aspects of barbering from long hair scissored cuts to your modern day fades. Consultation is a key factor within Jordan’s appointments ensuring the right style and shape is achieved before the service has begun.
Jordan has experience in show work, celebrity clients, competitions and educating barbers!

With over 8 years of barbering experience, Kiet brings both skill and leadership to Stanley Neils. As manager, he works closely alongside Jordan in running the business, ensuring everything runs smoothly while maintaining the highest standards of service.
Kiet is highly regarded for his expertise in Afro-Caribbean hair and is especially creative when it comes to unique hair designs. His talent and reputation have led him to cut celebrities, while his busy diary of loyal clients week in and week out is a testament to his craft. More than just a skilled barber, Kiet is an essential part of the Stanley Neils team!
Jay is a highly skilled barber known for his versatility across all hair textures and styles. With a reputation for precision and an exceptional eye for detail, he has built an impressive clientele that includes high-profile celebrities and loyal returning clients alike. Whether it’s classic cuts, fades, or bespoke styles, Jays shows creative flair.
Pattern work is something that Jay is Forever adapting within his clientele. This is something that bagged Jay a place in the finals at the great British barber bash new blood competition which had over 100 entries!
Keagan has over 8 years of barbering experience, and has developed a reputation for being thorough, precise, and talented in all aspects of the craft. His attention to detail ensures every cut is sharp and consistent, earning the trust of his clients.
Keagan’s fast-growing clientele speaks for itself — with many returning to him week after week for his skill, reliability, and dedication to delivering top-quality results every time.

With over 12 years of barbering experience, Liam is known for his attention to detail and high standards across all aspects of barbering. A specialist in beard grooming and shaping, he takes pride in delivering precision cuts tailored to every client.
Having worked alongside Jordan before Stanley Neil’s was founded, Liam brings a wealth of experience and a passion for quality service to the team.

Stanley has been part of the shop since 2019 and has quickly become our beloved barbershop mascot. He loves plenty of fuss, plenty of sleep, and is loved by clients just as much as the team. You’ll find him in the shop most days — unless he’s taking a well-deserved day off, of course!
